Benson Landscaping is a lawn care and landscaping team serving Henry County and the surrounding south metro Atlanta cities. Below is what we handle for residential customers and for HOAs, property managers, and commercial accounts. Every service is available as a one-time job or as part of a recurring maintenance contract with a named point of contact.

Weekly and biweekly lawn maintenance

Mowing, edging along driveways and walkways, and blow-off of hard surfaces. Standard residential lots (under a quarter acre) start at $45 per visit weekly, or $55 biweekly. Commercial and HOA properties are custom quoted.

Sod installation

Bermuda, Zoysia, and Fescue sod installed with site prep and haul-off included. From $0.95 per square foot for warm-season varieties; from $1.10 for Fescue in shaded lots. Small patch installs from $300 flat.

Shrub and hedge trimming

Residential trims from $125 for standard properties (under 20 shrubs); full-property trims with haul-off from $275. Recurring quarterly trimming discounted 10%.

Tree services

Trimming, pruning, and removal. Free quotes on all tree work. Most residential jobs turn around within a week.

Land grading and drainage correction

Residential and commercial grading, leveling, and drainage repair for Henry County properties. On-site assessment required, and it’s free.

Seasonal cleanup and leaf removal

Spring cleanup (bed refresh, pruning, mulch top-off) and fall cleanup (leaf haul-off, prep for winter). One-time or bundled with recurring service.

Mulch and pine straw refresh

Fresh mulch or pine straw with bed edging. Priced by cubic yard delivered and installed.

Seasonal flower installation

Annual color rotation for entrances, beds, and planters. Common on HOA and commercial contracts.

Bush-hogging and land clearing

For rural properties, empty lots, or overgrown parcels. Typical residential jobs are quoted within a day.

Commercial grounds maintenance

Recurring monthly contracts for HOAs, apartments, offices, and multi-family properties. Named crew, weekly service, one monthly invoice.
