Mowing In Different Directions – We will mow your property in a different direction each visit. This not only creates an appealing look but is also beneficial for the health of your lawn as well.
Maintain Sharp Mower Blades – We sharpen our mowing blades daily and replaced if needed. Mowing with dull blade will harm your lawn and it will be more susceptible to diseases.
Height Of Lawn – Keeping the mower deck higher is critical to a healthy lawn. It promotes stronger root growth, prevents water loss by shading the root system and prevents weeds. Our decks are set to no lower than 3” to ensure you’re getting a proper cut every visit.

Landscape Bed Maintenance: During every weekly visit we will blow out all leaf debris that has accumulated in your landscape beds since our previous visit, as well as hand weed to preserve your clean, aesthetically-pleasing curb appeal.
Shrub Trimming: We recognize that every property is unique regarding foliage. We recommend to trim and shape your shrubs at least three times a year. Whatever your expectations may be, we will customize a weekly maintenance program that fits your needs.
